A shocking scandal has rocked the Faisalabad police department, as a private torture cell allegedly operated by SHO Mureedwala Arslan Zafar has come to light.

A local news outlet has obtained disturbing footage showing the private torture cell, where accused individuals were subjected to inhumane treatment. The videos reveal:
- Accused being brought in police vehicles
- Victims lying on the ground within the torture cell
- Policemen transporting women on motorbikes in and out of the premises
ALLEGATIONS OF EXTORTION AND CORRUPTION
Sources claim that SHO Arslan Zafar occupied a canal house belonging to US-based Naeem Asghar, after Asghar filed a theft complaint on May 11. Asghar allegedly refused to register a case, prompting the SHO to take over the property.
Upon discovering the police’s illicit activities, Asghar evicted the police and released the incriminating videos.
POLICE DENIAL
A police spokesperson has denied the existence of any private torture cell in the district, stating that a case was registered against Naeem Asghar on September 13 under theft provisions, currently under investigation.
