Wedding Photoshoot Turns into Nightmare as Couple Robbed in Park

Islamabad: A newlywed couple’s special day took an unexpected turn when their outdoor wedding photoshoot in an Islamabad park was interrupted by armed robbers. The incident occurred at Kachnar Park, a popular spot known for its scenic beauty, in the I-8 sector of Islamabad.

Muhammad Hamid Mazhar, a resident of Islamabad’s PWD area, was enjoying a photoshoot with his bride and family when an armed man approached. The robber forcibly took jewelry from the bride, as well as mobile phones from the couple and their family members. The thief also stole valuable cameras from the photographers before escaping on a motorcycle with an accomplice.

Police have since arrested the suspects and recovered the stolen items, including artificial jewelry, phones, and cameras. The incident serves as a stark reminder of safety concerns, even in public spaces.
