Trump Drives Garbage Truck to Rally, Jabs at Biden’s ‘Trash’ Comment

Former U.S. President Donald Trump made a unique statement during his campaign, this time by arriving at a Wisconsin rally driving a garbage truck. Wearing a bright construction jacket, Trump was seen answering journalists’ questions while seated on the truck.

In a mocking tone, he asked, “How do you like my garbage truck? It’s in honor of Kamala Harris and Joe Biden.” He added, “Joe Biden’s remarks are truly insulting.”

Trump’s move came in response to a recent incident where Biden allegedly referred to Trump supporters as “garbage.” This comment stemmed from a controversy involving comedian Tony Hinchcliffe, a Trump supporter, who had previously called Puerto Rico the “Island of Garbage” during a rally at Madison Square Garden in New York. Hinchcliffe’s statement received backlash from Democrats and Latino communities, especially as Puerto Rican voters are an influential group in swing states like Pennsylvania.
