Sons Forcefully Takes Father from Court to Stop His Second Marriage in Faisalabad

Faisalabad, November 8, 2024 — A disturbing video has gone viral on social media showing a 55-year-old man being forcefully taken away by his sons from the Faisalabad court to prevent him from marrying again.

The man, accompanied by a woman, had arrived at the court for a marriage ceremony when his sons, along with some associates, arrived at the scene. A heated argument took place between the father and his sons over the second marriage. Despite the father’s insistence on proceeding with the marriage, his sons refused and forcibly dragged him into a car.

The video, which shows the sons taking their father and the woman with him in the car, has sparked outrage online. Despite the serious nature of the incident, the police did not initially take any action.

Faisalabad’s Chief Police Officer (CPO) Kamran Adil has taken notice of the video and instructed the SHO of Kotwali to immediately investigate the incident and take appropriate action.
