Key Proposals:

  1. Ban on laser devices used for tattooing and acupuncture.
  2. Prohibition on using unknown products containing chemical ingredients.
  3. Restriction on men entering women’s parlors, except in emergency situations.
  4. Mandatory display of “No Men Allowed” signs.
  5. Requirement for parlors to obtain permits for home services.
  6. Exemption for mobile beauty parlors from home service ban.
  7. Mandate for only female workers in beauty parlors.
  8. Requirement for female workers to hold medical and professional certificates.

Aim:

The proposed regulations aim to provide a safe and healthy environment for beauty parlor customers, while also ensuring that parlors meet stringent quality standards.
