Sara Sharif’s Father Admits Beating His Daughter and Takes Responsibility for Her Death

London, Nov 13 – Urfan Sharif, the father of 10-year-old Sara Sharif, has admitted to beating her and taking full responsibility for her death. Sharif, 42, made this admission during his trial at the Old Bailey in London.

In court, Sharif confessed that he hit Sara with a cricket bat and a metal pole, causing fractures to her body in the days before her death. He said, “I accept every single thing,” and took full responsibility for what happened.

Before this, Sharif had tried to blame his wife, Beinash Batool, 30, for Sara’s death. But on Wednesday, he admitted his actions. When asked if he had beaten Sara, Sharif quietly said, “Yes” and added, “I take full responsibility.”

Sara’s body was found at the family’s home in Woking, Surrey, on August 10 last year. She had many injuries, including bite marks and burns from an iron. Her parents fled to Pakistan shortly after her death.

Sharif denied biting or burning Sara. When asked about the details of her injuries, he said, “I can’t look at it. I take full responsibility.”

The trial is still ongoing, and more details will be shared in court.
