Russian Missile Attack Kills 10 and Injures 44 in Odesa, Ukraine

KYIV – A Russian missile strike on the Black Sea port city of Odesa killed 10 people and wounded 44 on Monday, local authorities confirmed. Among the injured were four children, with three in serious condition, according to Odesa Governor Oleh Kiper.

Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy reported on Telegram that a Russian ballistic missile had struck a residential neighborhood, damaging an apartment building, a university building, and an administrative structure. The attack is part of ongoing Russian military operations targeting Ukrainian infrastructure.
