Rockets Fired from Lebanon into Israeli Territory, Army Reports

Jerusalem – The Israeli army reported that around 30 rockets were fired from Lebanon into northern Israel, hitting areas in the upper and western Galilee. Some of the rockets were intercepted by Israel’s defense systems, while the rest landed in open areas, causing no immediate casualties.

Hezbollah claimed responsibility for the rocket barrage, targeting the Shraga base, the administrative headquarters of the Golani Brigade command, located north of the Israeli city of Acre. The attack marks a significant escalation in cross-border tensions between Israel and Hezbollah, which have been simmering in recent weeks.
