Queen Camilla Feels ‘On the Mend’ as She Returns to Public Appearances
LONDON, Nov 12 – Queen Camilla, 77, has returned to work after recovering from a chest infection that forced her to cancel several engagements, including the Remembrance Sunday event.
At an event hosted at Clarence House for authors shortlisted for the Booker Prize, Camilla told attendees she was “on the mend,” acknowledging that it takes time to fully recover from such illnesses. She expressed relief at feeling better and hopes for a full recovery soon.
