Punjab University Tragedy: Key Accused in Student’s Murder Arrested
In a significant development in the Punjab University student murder case, police have arrested the prime suspect, Huzaifa, who is accused of shooting student Rana Ammar. Investigations into the incident are currently underway.

On Thursday evening, a shooting occurred near the university’s sports gymnasium, where Rana Ammar was fatally shot while seated in a car. The assailant, allegedly Huzaifa, was reportedly sitting in the back seat of the car and opened fire on Ammar, who was in the front seat.
After the shooting, Huzaifa fled the scene, while another suspect, Dilawar, along with an unidentified accomplice, moved Ammar to another vehicle and rushed him to Sheikh Zayed Hospital. Despite medical efforts, Ammar succumbed to his injuries during treatment.
