Mission Accomplished: Astronauts Return to Houston After Medical Checks

NASA announced that astronauts Matthew Dominick, Michael Barratt, and Jeanette Epps have been released from the hospital after returning from space. They were flown to the hospital for medical checks after parachuting into the Gulf of Mexico off the Florida coast aboard a SpaceX capsule on Friday.

While three of the astronauts returned to Houston, one unnamed NASA astronaut remained in the hospital for observation due to an unspecified medical issue. NASA has not disclosed any details about this astronaut’s condition.

The crew had arrived at the International Space Station in March and was expected to return two months ago, but their return was delayed due to issues with Boeing’s Starliner capsule and the impact of Hurricane Milton.
