Latest Poll Shows Equal Support for Harris and Trump at 47%

The race for the White House is extremely close, according to the final nationwide CNN poll conducted by SSRS. The poll reveals that 47% of likely voters support Vice President Kamala Harris, while an equal 47% back former President Donald Trump.

Throughout the campaign, polling has consistently shown a tight contest between Harris and Trump. In September, the results were similarly close, with 48% of likely voters favoring Harris and 47% supporting Trump. Earlier this summer, following President Joe Biden’s withdrawal from the race and his endorsement of Harris, a poll indicated that 49% of registered voters backed Trump while 46% supported Harris.
