Indonesia Upsets Saudi Arabia with 2-0 Victory in FIFA World Cup 2026 Qualifier
Jakarta— In a stunning upset in the FIFA World Cup 2026 Asian qualifiers, Indonesia defeated Saudi Arabia 2-0 in a Group C match held at a stadium in Jakarta.
From the very first minute, Indonesia dominated the game, with Saudi Arabian players struggling to gain control. In the 32nd minute of the first half, Indonesia’s Marselino found the back of the net, giving his team a 1-0 lead.
