Four Terrorists Killed in Security Forces Operation in Balochistan
In a major operation in Balochistan’s Kech district, security forces exchanged gunfire with terrorists, resulting in the death of four militants. According to the Inter-Services Public Relations (ISPR), the operation took place on the night of November 12-13 in the Belgatar area, based on intelligence reports about the presence of terrorists.
During the operation, security forces engaged in heavy firefights with the militants, leading to the death of four terrorists. Among the deceased was Sana, also known as Baro, a high-profile and wanted terrorist who was the leader of a militant gang. Sana was reportedly responsible for recruiting fighters for the so-called “Majid Brigade” in Kech, which was linked to suicide bombings. He was also a key agent for recruiting suicide bombers and had been on the law enforcement agencies’ most-wanted list.
The ISPR confirmed that weapons and ammunition were recovered from the killed terrorists. The security forces have launched a clearance operation in the area, continuing their efforts to eliminate any remaining terrorist presence. The military reiterated its commitment to thwarting attempts to destabilize the peace, stability, and development of Balochistan.
