Australia Whitewash Pakistan 3-0 in T20I Series
Marcus Stoinis led Australia to a comfortable victory in the final T20I, completing a 3-0 series whitewash against Pakistan. Although Stoinis wasn’t available for an interview, his strong performance with the bat sealed the chase, as Australia knocked off 117 with 50 balls to spare.
Spencer Johnson was named Player of the Series, surprised by the award but happy with the win. He praised his teammates for handling pressure and helping Australia finish strong.
Pakistan captain Agha Salman acknowledged the team’s struggles in the middle overs and missed opportunities, but highlighted positive performances from their younger players.
Australia’s skipper Josh Inglis enjoyed the team’s success and confirmed he will move on to the Test squad next. The game ended with Pakistan collapsing from 61 for 1 to 117 all out, with Hardie, Zampa, and Johnson helping Australia cruise to victory.
