Russia Supplied Anti-Air Missiles to North Korea
SEOUL, Nov 22 – South Korea’s national security adviser, Shin Won-sik, revealed that Russia has supplied North Korea with anti-air missiles and air defense equipment in exchange for sending troops to support Moscow in its ongoing war against Ukraine.
In an interview with South Korean broadcaster SBS, Shin explained that Russia’s military and economic aid to North Korea was part of the arrangement for Pyongyang to contribute forces to bolster Russian efforts in Ukraine.
