Two Paramedics Killed in Israeli Attacks on Southern Lebanon, Health Ministry Says

The Lebanese Health Ministry has confirmed the deaths of two paramedics in separate Israeli attacks on southern Lebanon. Earlier, an Israeli drone strike hit a civil defense team on the Arnoun-Kfar Tibnit road in the Nabatieh governorate, killing at least one paramedic and injuring four others. Two more paramedics remain missing.

In a separate incident, an Israeli attack at dawn in the town of Burj Rahhal in the Tyre district killed another paramedic while he was engaged in rescue efforts. The ministry condemned the attacks as “barbaric,” highlighting the targeting of paramedics during their humanitarian work as a violation of humanitarian principles.
