Security Forces Neutralize 8 Terrorists in North Waziristan Operation



ISPR, Rawalpindi – 13 November 2024: In a targeted operation conducted on 12-13 November 2024, Pakistan’s Security Forces successfully neutralized eight terrorists in the Miran Shah area of North Waziristan District. The operation, based on intelligence reports of the presence of khwarij (foreign militants), led to an intense exchange of fire, resulting in the death of eight terrorists and the injury of six others.

The Security Forces swiftly engaged the terrorist hideout, ensuring that a significant blow was dealt to the extremist network operating in the region. Following the operation, a thorough sanitization effort has been initiated in the area to eliminate any remaining threats.

The operation underscores Pakistan’s unwavering commitment to rooting out terrorism and ensuring the safety and security of its citizens. The Security Forces are determined to continue their efforts until the menace of terrorism is completely eradicated from the country.
