Saudi Arabia Inaugurates Luxurious Sindalah Island in NEOM’s Red Sea Region

Saudi Arabia has unveiled Sindalah, a luxurious island in the Red Sea under the NEOM project, which includes restaurants, hotels, and yachting facilities. The announcement, made by Saudi Arabia’s futuristic mega-city NEOM, describes Sindalah as its “first showcase,” designed as a gateway to the Red Sea with easy access for European, Saudi, and GCC yacht owners.

NEOM’s CEO, Nadhmi Al-Nasr, stated that with the opening of Sindalah, NEOM is committed to ushering in a new era of luxury tourism in the kingdom. Sindalah, covering 840,000 square meters, is expected to host 2,400 guests daily by 2028.

Announced in December 2022 by Crown Prince Mohammed bin Salman, Sindalah’s realization from concept to completion is seen as a milestone for Saudi Arabia’s Vision 2030, reflecting NEOM’s capacity to create innovative and unique destinations.
