Dubai to Welcome Squareville: A 73-Storey High-Rise Towering 1,274 Feet Tall, Just 74 Feet Wide

Dubai: Renowned for its architectural marvels, is set to add another extraordinary structure to its skyline with the construction of Squareville, a remarkably slender high-rise building. This innovative tower will reach an impressive height of 1,274 feet while maintaining a width of only 74 feet. The 73-storey building will feature 131 luxurious apartments, offering options ranging from two to five bedrooms.

Designed by the UAE-based company Square in collaboration with Spanish architectural firm RCR Arquitectes, Squareville will boast a variety of amenities, including an art gallery, a private movie theater, and hotel-like facilities. It will be strategically located along the banks of the canal running through Dubai’s bustling Sheikh Zayed Road.
